Overview

Full refund:
100% refund within 24 hours of booking (provided stay is at least 60 days away).
Partial refund:
Refund of 50% of the amount paid (minus the booking fee*) if canceled at least 4 weeks before check-in.
No refund:
No refund if canceled less than 4 weeks before check-in.
